Empowering Girls with Skills
A fundamental commitment of our skills program is to bridge the gender gap in economic participation. Through our "Empowering Girls with Skills" wing, we create safe, female-friendly learning environments that offer training tailored to both traditional and emerging sectors. This includes courses in IT, para-medicine, fashion design, and digital marketing. Building Skill Centers for Differently Abled Youth of Pakistan
In line with our core value of inclusion, MYDF is pioneering the development of specialized Skill Centers for the differently-abled youth of Pakistan. These centers are designed with full accessibility and offer adaptive technologies and customized training modules. We focus on skills that leverage their unique strengths, such as software development, accounting, artisan crafts, and call center operations. Our goal is to shift the narrative from disability to ability, ensuring every individual has the tools and support to become a productive, valued, and self-reliant member of the workforce.
Making Skill Centers for Sportsmen
Understanding the finite career span of an athlete, MYDF is dedicated to securing the futures of our sportsmen and women. Our "Dual Career" program establishes Skill Centers specifically for athletes, providing training in sports management, coaching, physiotherapy, journalism, and fitness instruction. This allows active athletes to build a parallel career path, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into life after competitive sports. By doing so, we honor their dedication to sport by empowering them to become leaders, mentors, and experts within the sports ecosystem itself.
